The Lightseer, as they're called, wants to help the Thane, but the prophesy has made her uncomfortable, and it has something to do with her age and also the fact she doesn't have children of her own. Having to take Alura along with her on the journey will prove to be a learning experience for both of them, but the real question that remains is what is the girl's part to play in the prophesy and will it heal her father's illness?
'Purple Irises' is on sale at Smashwords for $.99, and is most definitely worth your dollar. It's a quick little read that you can take with you anywhere. I tend to pick short-stories for my reviews because people, in general, read while on break/lunches, and short things make those times feel a bit more fulfilling. So please pick this up, I'm sure you'll all enjoy it.
Thanks everyone for stopping by again this week. Having Wednesday off was kind of fun, I got to spend time with my boyfriend's family, watch the fireworks, and comfort a usually calm cat. Please come back next week for what will hopefully a more on schedule posting. Also, don't forget that Smashwords is having their Summer sale, so you can get 'The Light Rises' for only $1!! Please check it out and tell your friends! In the meantime, have a good weekend!
